WEA Member Benefits Foundation Inc. awarded a $41,000 unrestricted, multiyear grant to the Sauk Prairie School District to support school-based mental health initiatives.
Sauk Prairie was selected for factors including its mental health programming.
The district is part of the foundation’s statewide school mental health funding initiative, which has helped 20 participating districts raise more than $1.6 million and expand mental health services for students.
