Warner Bros. Discovery will hear one final offer from Skydance-owned Paramount after receiving a waiver from Netflix to reopen talks with Paramount, the Associated Press reported.
Talks can resume until Monday.
However, Warner’s board is still in favor of and recommending the proposed Netflix merger.
A final vote will be held on March 20.
