Oil prices began climbing again, with the price for a barrel of Brent crude rising 2.5% to $104.39 — up from around $70 before the war began. Benchmark U.S. crude was up 4.3% to $98.59 per barrel.

Among big tech stocks, Amazon and Meta Platforms shares dropped 3% and 3.4%, respectively.
