Voyageur Stays recently opened its second property in Madison — The Medallion. The Medallion is an extended-stay apartment building offering one- and two-bedroom furnished units for stays of 30 days or more.
The project involved $1.2 million in upgrades and sourced materials from local businesses like Prairie Hardwoods and the Granite Shop.
Voyageur Stays’ owners and Madison natives Julia and Kristopher Steege-Reimann were inspired by the community-driven hospitality and design they experienced during international travels. They organize monthly social events for residents, such as rooftop happy hours and boat outings, and offer a concierge program with local business discounts to encourage exploration of the city.
