Virtual Lunch and Learn welcomes entrepreneurs, prospective business owners

Alder Nasra Wehelie of District 7 will host a virtual Lunch and Learn on Thursday, Nov. 21, from noon–1 p.m. The event is designed to provide information focused on business financial support programs, citywide grants and loans, and additional resources offered by the city of Madison to assist entrepreneurs, small business owners, and those interested in starting a business.

The interactive session will feature expert speakers from the Office of Business Resources, including Saran Ouk, manager; Ruth Rohlich, business development specialist; and Michael Miller, business development specialist. Attendees will leave with knowledge of small business resources, staff contacts, and actionable tips to overcome common challenges and fuel growth.

At the end of the session, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or express feedback verbally or in a chat box.

This event is free and open to all residents. Advance registration is required.
