Gladstone Capital Corp., a Virginia-based, publicly held investment firm, invested in Allen Edmonds Shoe Corp. by purchasing $19.5 million of the Wisconsin shoe company’s debt. Allen Edmonds is owned by Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison, Inc., a Minneapolis private equity firm.
