Vintage Spirits and Grill announced they will be remaining open despite initial plans for the building to be torn down and the business to close, WMTV15 reports.
Plans from Madison developer The Carey Group previously called for the demolition of Vintage to make way for a new boutique housing project at 529 University Ave.
The Vintage team expressed thanks to their customers for supporting the community hub.
