The owners of the Vintage Brewing Co. in Madison hope to open a new restaurant in the soon to be finished Sylvee concert hall building in the East Washington Avenue corridor.
According to a story in the Capital Times, Vintage co-owners Mark and Trent Kraemer want to open Tangent, a restaurant/bar at 803 E. Washington Ave., and have applied for a liquor license and other permits from the city.
