A mother-daughter business from Verona won the top prize on a “Shark Tank” style TV show, according to WMTV15. JNJ Gifts & More, a shop that offers gift boxes with products from other small businesses and local makers, is owned by Jerina Vincent and her daughter, Natania Julius.

The two run an online shop and also occupy a brick-and-mortar space in the Postal Connections building in Verona. They auditioned for Project Pitch It, a Milwaukee-based TV show where Wisconsin entrepreneurs compete to win money for their businesses, and ultimately won $10,000 in cash. The money will help the owners hire additional full-time employees.

Over 190 entrepreneurs competed on Project Pitch It, which show organizers say has created over 500 Wisconsin jobs.
