KMA Bodilly CPAs & Consultants S.C. acquired Verona-based accounting firm Hometown Tax & Financial S.C.
Hometown Tax will continue to conduct business at its current location and its staff will be retained, but the firm’s name will change to reflect the KMA Bodilly brand.
Integration will occur over the next several months.
