Veridian to expand Grandview Commons neighborhood

Veridian Homes will expand its Grandview Commons neighborhood with the addition of 67.2 acres to the north that will accommodate 184 single-family homes, apartments, and twin homes. In addition, the company will donate to the City of Madison 7.2 acres of land on the northern half of the subdivision. The new subdivision will be named Grandview Commons North.
