Madison-based Veridian Homes, the county’s largest homebuilder, has announced plans for its first subdivision outside of Dane County. The company will build Silver Springs Estates, a 137-lot development, in Menomonee Falls. It will be a higher-end development, with homes expected to range in price between $300,000 and $600,000.
