Veridian Homes purchased an unfinished Meadow Crossing subdivision from Sanibel, LLC. The subdivision is planned for 255 single-family homes across from Sun Prairie High School. Of those, 26 are already sold, 70 are available, and the rest will be developed later. An existing condominium development, The Villas at Meadow Crossing, was also part of the deal.
