VeloCity speeds toward approval

Architect and bicyclist Kyle Dumbleton is moving forward with his plan for VeloCity, a mixed-use, 24-unit apartment building across from the bike trail in Verona. Located at 142 Paoli St., the project would include six two-bedroom units on the ground floor, 18 loft apartments, bike parking, below-grade parking, and a 4,600-sq.-ft. restaurant. Units would rent for about $1,600 a month. The Verona City Council approved the project’s general plan, but final approval is pending.
