Dane County saw a jump of just over 22% in new vehicle purchases in December, compared to December 2013. The increase was led by truck sales, which were up 34%, and car sales, which saw a 6.22% increase, according to Reg-Trak of Waterloo. For the full year, sales increased just over 2%, with a total of 23,599 vehicles sold in 2014 compared to 23,105 vehicles sold in 2013.
