The owners of Sookie’s vegan food trailer have opened Sookie’s Veggie Burgers on State Street, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The restaurant, at 502 State St., will serve purely plant-based, fast-casual menu items including four varieties of burgers, a vegan “chicken” sandwich, chips, fries, and hummus.
