The kiosks, available around the clock, house lockers and cold storage space in addition to room-temperature compartments. If a customer chooses to receive medication via the kiosk when requesting a refill or submitting a new prescription, a UW Health pharmacist or pharmacy tech will fill each compartment, and then the customer can pick up the prescription by entering a code that is assigned to the order.

The kiosks are available at three locations across the Madison area, including the UW Health Pharmacy Services Building at 3185 Deming Way in Middleton, University Hospital at 600 Highland Ave., and East Madison Hospital at 4602 Eastpark Blvd.
