University of Wisconsin Chancellor Rebecca Blank has released the “Smart Restart” plan that will allow the university’s 45,000 students to return to campus this fall, according to a release.
Fall classes are scheduled to start on Sept. 2 and will offer in-person instruction in many courses until the Thanksgiving recess. Masks, social distancing, limited dorm guests, and reduced in-person dining options are part of the plan to protect the health of the campus community and provide for a traditional campus experience.
