Used car prices fell for the first time this year in April, CNBC reported.
Cox Automotive’s Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index reported prices decreased 1.6% last month compared to March.
Cox said the average price of a used vehicle was around $25,390 as of March.
The average listing price for a used EV is over $9,200 higher than the overall market. At the same time, new and used EV sales have grown due to the Iran war prompting a rise in gasoline prices.
