UScellular invested $117 million in its Wisconsin network in 2023, including network upgrades and 5G modernizations that enhanced connectivity across the state and advanced the company’s ongoing 5G network evolution and expansion strategy, according to a recent press release.
The company also donated $136,200 to nonprofit organizations across the state, including $32,300 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County. Sixteen Wisconsin nonprofits also received more than $1.2 million’s worth of hot spots and service to help youth connect to the internet as part of the company’s After School Access Project.
Additionally, UScellular invested $1.7 million in its Wisconsin retail environments in 2023.
