Urban Triage will host its second annual Black Brilliance Gala at the Overture Center for the Arts on May 31 from 6-11:30 p.m. The event will celebrate Black service providers in Dane County who are driving positive change.
The masquerade ball event will raise funds for the Hemp Specialty Crop Program and the Support Youth Transitional House. The Hemp Specialty Crop Program empowers Black entrepreneurs and youth transitioning from foster care with training in hemp cultivation and business development, creating pathways to economic independence and long-term success. The Support Youth Transitional House helps young people develop life skills for independence.
The Black Brilliance Gala will also feature entertainment including an aerialist, violinist and saxophonist. Tickets and additional information are available here. Opportunities to donate or become a sponsor are also available.
