IRS Direct File and WisTax are free and take only around 15 minutes to complete, with a step-by-step process. Information from federal returns automatically transfer to WisTax, and direct deposit options offer fast refunds. Additionally, users receive instant confirmation to ensure their return has been received for processing.
To get started, individuals may:
