The Urban League of Greater Madison on Tuesday, Sept. 10 will host a 2024 Presidential Debate Watch Party at 2222 S. Park St. from 7–9:15 p.m. The event is hosted in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.–Kappa Psi Omega Chapter.
The debate will feature Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee, facing off against former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee. The debate will be livestreamed from the first floor’s community room 101. Light refreshments will be served. The full schedule is as follows:

7 p.m.: Doors open;

7:30 p.m.: “What Project 2025 Says About Education” — A presentation by education scholar Dr. Gloria Ladson-Billings;
