United Vaccines looking to relocate

United Vaccines, which is currently located on Commerce Park Drive in Fitchburg, is considering expanding and moving to Verona, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal. The company, which manufactures vaccines for the fur-bearing animal industry, has expanded twice in Fitchburg but is landlocked at its current location and is contemplating a move to the Verona Technology Park, where it would build a facility nearly twice as large as its current space. The company employs 52 workers, but that number could increase to 75 if expansion plans move forward. The report says the company would like to open a new office by the end of 2016.
