While many business groups support the decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to overturn the safer-at-home order, Wisconsin AFL-CIO President Stephanie Bloomingdale is denouncing the lawsuit brought by GOP legislative leaders, according to a WisBusiness.com report.
Bloomingdale argues the lawsuit is aimed at taking authority away from Gov. Tony Evers, and businesses should not be allowed to reopen until the state has an adequate and consistent supply of personal protective equipment for workers.
