The City of Madison may finally see earth moving at Union Corners, a long-vacant parcel at East Washington Avenue and Milwaukee Street. Gorman & Co. has filed an application for the first phase of the project, a $20 million UW Health Clinic. The rest of the 11-acre site, slated to be a mix of residential and commercial buildings, will be developed based on market conditions.
