Waunakee-based Uniek has acquired Amanti Art of Madison for an undisclosed amount. Uniek provides picture frames and home décor items. Amanti sells framed art, prints, and mirrors. The transaction will reportedly not affect the operations of Amanti, which will retain its name, staff, and locations. Amanti’s products will be made available to Uniek customers in the near future.
