The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released its latest monthly employment summary, and it’s not a strong one, with unemployment rates still high.

The unemployment rate for November sits at 4.6%, mirroring September. An October summary was not released due to the federal government shutdown.

Meanwhile, job creation was low. There was little change in most major industries like mining, manufacturing, information technology and more. But the construction and health care sectors added 28,000 and 46,000 jobs, respectively.

The full report can be found on the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics website.
