Developer Urban Land Interest (ULI) has donated a prime commercial property on the Capitol Square to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The temporary donation of the American Exchange Building’s first-floor space will be used as offices, a volunteer center, and space where nonprofits and minority businesses can offer events and pop-up shops until ULI begins construction on a $125 million redevelopment project of the 10 block of North Pinckney Street.
