UK group to purchase Stratatech

Madison-based Stratatech Corp. will be acquired by United Kingdom-based Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.

Stratatech develops skin tissue products for burn and wound care.

Terms have not been disclosed but the deal could be completed by the end of the year.
