CNBC reports that the U.S. has collected over $200 billion in tariffs this year.

The information comes from the Customs and Border Protection agency on Monday, with the Supreme Court considering arguments about the new tariffs being illegal.

The total is exclusively from new tariffs, not President Donald Trump’s first-term tariffs. Those tariffs are not under the legal spotlight.
