The resurfacing of U.S. Highway 14 between Middleton and Cross Plains is now complete, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
In addition to road resurfacing, the $3.8 million project improved nearly five miles of the highway by widening shoulders and installing new guard rails.
