President Donald Trump met with China’s leader Xi Jinping on Thursday to discuss ongoing trade issues.
According to an Associated Press report, the U.S. will cut tariffs on chemicals from 20% to 10%. Trump also told reporters he will lift restrictions on China buying computer chips, and China is set to meet with Nvidia about purchasing computer chips.
China will once again purchase soybeans and other farm exports, though no confirmation on the move came from the Chinese government.
