Construction will resume March 22 on U.S. Highway 14 between Oregon and Madison and will affect at least one lane of traffic in each direction, according to a statement from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The project will replace the bridge over Byrne Road and bridge decks at the McCoy Road bridges.
Byrne Road will be closed under U.S. 14 starting March 17 and remain closed until mid-June. The County MM ramp to U.S. 14 westbound will be closed starting March 22 and remain closed until mid-June. The $6.7 million project is scheduled for completion in November 2021.
