Stuffed Bagels, a new breakfast spot, is set to open Sept. 26 in Stoughton, according to The Capital Times.
The restaurant at 819 N. Page St., owned by Holly Brickson, will specialize in its namesake food offering as well as a few other breakfast and lunch items, coffee, tea and fresh juice.
Stuffed Bagels will be open Fridays-Sundays from 7 a.m.-1 p.m.
The rest of the week, Brickson plans to use the space for catering orders through the other side of her business, which offers freeze-dried candy and hot cocoa bombs sold under the name Sweet Treats Studio.
Sweet Treats products are available in roughly 200 grocery stores across the Midwest.
