Two new tenants open at Garver Feed Mill

Garver Feed Mill announced the addition of two new businesses, Glitter Workshop and Clouds North Films, to the facility at 3241 Garver Green near Olbrich Botanical Gardens. The Glitter Workshop is a creative space offering workshops as well as a space for showcasing local artists and gifts. Clouds North Films is a boutique film company that focuses on microdocs, TV spots, and other types of marketing videos. Since its opening in 2019, Garver has been the gravitational center for economic activity and neighborhood vibrancy with the recent addition of Community Pharmacy, A Room of One’s Own Bookstore, Wine and Design, and Blind Shot Golf and Social Club in the east Atwood business corridor. With the addition of these two tenants, Garver will now be home to 13 independently owned local businesses including KOSA Wellness Spa & Retreat, Ledger Coffee Roasters, Twig & Olive Photography, Nessalla Kombucha, Sitka Salmon Shares, Ian’s Pizza, and Calliope Ice Cream.
