A federal judge decided President Donald Trump’s administration could not stop full SNAP payments for November, and the Trump administration asked a federal appeals court Friday to block the order.
States such as Wisconsin are moving quickly to disperse SNAP money to people on Friday.
According to the Associated Press, California and Wisconsin already released some full SNAP benefits overnight on Thursday.
