Trucks still hot, car sales down

Reg-Trak of Waterloo reports that truck sales were up again in October, while car sales slumped. In Dane County, sales of new trucks increased 2.54% over last year, but new car sales dropped 7.25%. Year to date, new vehicle sales overall grew slightly (.61%) compared to the same period a year ago, with truck sales up 6.71% but car sales down 6.57%.
