Easterseals Wisconsin received a $5,000 grant from the Trillium Foundation to help expand its services to veterans.
Easterseals is a charity providing services that help children and adults with disabilities, and the funding will go toward its Veterans Family Camp during the 2026 spring and fall sessions.
“Our partnership with the Trillium Foundation helps us create lasting opportunities and strengthen networks of support in Wisconsin,” Paul Leverenz, president and CEO of Easterseals Wisconsin, said in a statement.
Easterseals Wisconsin has been hosting Veterans Family Camp for 11 years in partnership with AmeriCorps. In 2025, 113 veterans and family members experienced the camp free of charge.
