Tri-North Builders, a commercial construction management company based in Fitchburg has formed a strategic alliance with The Renschler Company, a design-build construction management company specializing in commercial and light industrial work.
The alliance will allow Tri-North to leverage the companies’ shared capabilities to provide increased value to its nationwide customers in addition to increasing market share in the manufacturing industry and pre-engineered metal building construction throughout the country. For Renschler, the alliance provides a partner with national knowledge of construction projects in a broader set of industries including retail, mixed-use, and multifamily, and access to Tri-North’s technology and green construction resources.
Tri-North has been actively growing and positioning itself for expansion due to a rise in nationwide projects across its five offices. The strategic alliance with Renschler is part of this focused expansion.
