Town Bank, a Wintrust Community Bank, announced it will increase the minimum wage paid to its eligible noncommissioned hourly employees to $15 an hour as a result of the recently enacted tax reform legislation.
More than 600 employees are expected to benefit across Wintrust’s more than 150 bank locations, including those at the Town Bank charter.
Town Bank has 19 branches throughout southern Wisconsin, including Madison.
