To better serve concert goers, Sujeo, a 4-year-old pan-Asian restaurant that’s part of chef Tory Miller’s Deja Food Group, will become a fast casual concept later this month, according to a report in the Capital Times.
After Friday, Sujeo’s will close to modify its dining room and kitchen. Its re-launch at 10 N. Livingston St. will coincide with the Sept. 27 opening of The Sylvee, a 2,500-seat entertainment venue from Frank Productions that is located across East Washington Avenue.
Sujeo will feature a new menu but it will retain several items that have been popular with patrons.
