Season 21 of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” filmed in Wisconsin, is set to begin airing on Wednesday, March 20, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The program filmed in Madison and Milwaukee over six weeks starting in late August.

Filming highlighted a cheese festival featuring the state’s award-winning cheesemakers, Door County cherries, Wisconsin-grown cranberries, and more.

The Emmy, James Beard, and Critics’ Choice award-winning show allows chefs from across the US to compete for the Top Chef title and a prize of $250,000. Milwaukee chef and Chicago native Dan Jacobs competes as one of 15 “cheftestants” this season.

The “Top Chef” Wisconsin shows were produced in partnership with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., Travel Wisconsin, Visit Milwaukee, Destination Madison, Destination Door County, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association.
