After 25 years at its former location, the Wisconsin chapter of global environmental nonprofit The Nature Conservancy (TNC) recently opened the doors at its new office space on Madison’s Capitol Square at 25 W. Main St.
The new location provides TNC with greater visibility and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. The organization worked with local and regional partners to responsibly decommission the old office while using sustainable and recycled materials in the build-out of the new space. A wellness room and all-gender bathrooms were included in the office design to foster inclusivity for staff and guests.
TNC recognizes the following partners: Urban Land Interests, JLL, Findorff, Operation Fresh Start, Kahler Slater, Zebradog, Downtown Tropics, Affordable Office Interiors, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, and Integral Building Systems.
