Waukesha-based Tim O’Brien Homes is expanding into Madison, with plans to create 200 new jobs over the next two years, the company announced today.
The home building company is co-owned by Tim O’Brien, Mark Neumann, who also is running for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Herb Kohl, and Matt Neumann.
The Madison division will be run by Don Esposito, currently the president of the Wisconsin Builders Association. The Madison division will be located in the same office as the WBA.
Mark Neumann said the company’s growth along the I-94 corridor, in the counties between Milwaukee and Madison, drove the decision to expand into Dane County.
Tim O’Brien Homes employs 240 people in southeastern Wisconsin, and has built more than 900 new homes in its first four years.
