A family-owned Tibetan food cart business will move into the former La Taguara restaurant space at 827 E. Johnson St., likely in March.
Namgyal Ponsar and her brothers currently own two dZi Little Tibet food carts but will eliminate one cart when the brick and mortar restaurant opens, according to a story in The Capital Times.
