Underground Food Collective’s new, near-west side restaurant is open for business.
According to a Wisconsin State Journalreport, The Heights, from UFC cofounder Jonny Hunter, a four-time James Beard Award semifinalist for “Best Chef: Midwest,” offers three meals a day at 11 N. Allen St. in the University Heights neighborhood.
