THC regulation on Wisconsin Senate’s radar before session ends

Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu told WMTV that THC regulation is high on the list of things to complete during the legislative session.

LeMahieu said with a THC industry in Wisconsin, it is time to regulate the industry, preferably within the three remaining months of the legislative session.

That means figure out a plan for regulating producing, manufacturing, distributing and selling THC in the state.

LeMahieu suggests an age limit, a serving limit, marketing rules and how it should be taxed.
