Tenant changes announced for South Towne Mall

Hobby Lobby will be leaving South Towne Mall for West Towne and a home decor store is seeking to move into the former Shopko space, according to a report from Wisconsin State Journal. The arts-and-crafts chain Hobby Lobby will close its current, approximately 51,000-square-foot store at 2351 W. Broadway and open a new one at the former Sears store at West Towne. Atlanta-based Floor & Decor Outlets of America, which sells flooring, vanities, sinks, countertops, and accessory products, is seeking to occupy 81,500 square feet of the 98,000-square-foot former Shopko store at 2101 W. Broadway.
