Telescan of St. Louis, Mo., will become a division of McFarland-based AmTelco as a result of the two companies’ merger agreement. Both companies will continue to operate from their respective locations. AmTelco, led by CEO Joe Everly, is a provider of call center communication systems, software applications, and XDS technologies.
